Fee Refund Rules & Timeline
Refund Eligibility: Refunds are processed based on the date of application relative to the formal start of the academic session.
Refund Slabs:
15 days or more before session start: 100% refund (minus a small processing fee).
Within 15 days of session start: 90% refund.
Between 16 to 30 days after session start: 50% refund.
After 30 days of session start: No refund will be granted.
Non-Refundable Components: Application form fees, registration fees, and insurance charges are strictly non-refundable.
Mode of Payment: All refunds will be credited directly to the bank account of the student or parent provided at the time of application. No cash refunds.
